Dynamic Warm-up

Every workout should begin with a thorough dynamic warm-up to get blood moving through your muscles and synovial fluid through your joints. This will help you mentally and physically prepare for your workout and can increase your injury resilience. The following is a simple, full body warm-up to kick off any training session.
